A fundamental factor in Adolfo's optimal performance journey is his lifelong passion for training, teaching, and competing across five different martial arts, including a stay in Japan to train with legendary teachers.

Adolfo worked on the ATP tour with top tennis professionals, proving the positive impact on performance of his methodology, on the biggest stages, in the highest pressure situations
